Fujimori Kogyo Co., Ltd., headquartered in Tokyo, along with its representative director and president, Taku Shimoda, announces that the Fujimori Kogyo Group has become aware of a ransomware incident that has encrypted some of the Group’s servers.
In response, the Fujimori Kogyo Group has established a company-wide task force. It is actively working on recovery efforts with advice from external experts and is undertaking measures to understand the scope of the incident. Additionally, we have consulted with law enforcement.
While it is expected to take some time to assess the full extent of the incident, the information below outlines what is currently known. We deeply apologize for any inconvenience and concern this may have caused our partners and stakeholders.
